Remi Process Plant & Machinery announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:

Anita Bharatia is appointed as Non-executive Independent Director (Woman Director) of the Company.

Mukul B. Desai, Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company.
