Board of Ricoh India approves change in statutory auditors

At meeting held on 10 July 2015

Ricoh India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 July 2015, have appointed M/s. BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of Five years in place of retiring Auditors M/s. Sahni Natarajan and Bahl, Chartered Accountants.
