Board of Rohit Ferro Tech approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 22 May 2015

Rohit FerroTech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2015, accepted resignation of Pradip Kumar Agarwal from the position of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

Further, Anil Kumar Shaw is appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f., 22 May 2015.
