Board of Rutron International decides to incorporate subsidiary in Dubai

At meeting held on 31 August 2015

Rutron International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 August 2015, have discussed about the expansion of business activities in the overseas market and accordingly decided to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in Dubai.
