The Board of Siti Networks approved the following -(i) considered and approved the appointment of Prof. Sunil Kumar Maheshwari as an Additional Director of the Company in the category of Independent Director.
(ii) took note of resignation received from Sandeep Khuran resigning as Director of the Company with immediate effect, viz. 3 November, 2017 09:30 Hours, due to personal reasons
