Board of SKS Microfinance approves issue of debt securities on private placement basis

At meeting held on 29 October 2014

SKS Microfinance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 October 2014, have approved issuance of Non-convertible Debentures and other debt securities etc, within the overall borrowing limits on a private placement basis, subject to Shareholders approval.
