Sree Sakthi Paper Mills announced that the following decision taken at the Board Meeting held on 18 May 2016 (in addition to the outcome filed on 18 May 2016)

- Resolution was passed by the Board appointing Deepa Praveen as Chief Financial Officer of the Company on the basis of recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
