Board of SRS approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 10 September 2015

SRS announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 September 2015 appointed Sangeeta Adlakha as Independent Director with effect from 10 September 2015. The Board has accepted the resignation of Nishant Goel as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 10 September 2015.
