Board of Subex appoints director

At meeting held on 26 August 2015

Subex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 August 2015, has discussed and approved the appointment of Priyanka Roy as Independent Additional Director effective from 26 August 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, for a period of 5 years.
