Tea Time announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 26 September 2019 has approved the scheme of Amalgamation/Merger of following listed Entities (including our Company) i.e. (a) Asutosh Enterprises (b) Neptune Exports (c) Northern Projects (d) Tea Time and (e) Orient International with Hindusthan Udyog with effect from 1 April, 2019.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
