Board of Terruzzi Fercalx India approves appointment of directors

At meeting held on 14 November 2014

Terruzzi Fercalx India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, have approved the following:

- Roney Simon and Puthenventil John Vincent have been appointed on 14 November 2014, as Additional Directors, designated as an Independent Directors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years, subject to approval of Shareholders.
