Board of Themis Medicare allots equity shares under ESOS

At meeting held on 06 February 2015

Themis Medicare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, inter alia, has approved allotment of 9200 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to employees who have exercised their option under Themis Medicare ESOS, 2012.
