At meeting held on 28 July 2016

Tree House Education & Accessories announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 28 July 2016, the board has considered and approved :

1. The resignation of Parantap Dave, Independent Director w.e.f. July 28, 2016.

2. The induction of Chanakya Dhanda, the Independent Director of the Company, in the Audit Committee.

3. The resignation of Vishal Shah, Executive Director w.e.f. 20 July 2016.
