Board of Triveni Enterprises accepts resignation of company secretary

At meeting held on 28 August 2014

Triveni Enterprises announced that Vinit Kakkad, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the Post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and his resignation was accepted in the Board meeting held on 28 August 2014. Further, Vijay Chauhan will be compliance officer till company appoints new company secretary.
