Board of TV18 Broadcast appoints CFO

At meeting held on 26 November 2014

TV18 Broadcast announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 26 November 2014 the following Key Managerial Personnel of the Company were appointed with effect from 27 November 2014;

- Kshipra Jatana as the Manager; and

- Hariharan Mahadevan as the Chief Financial Officer.
