Kopran allots equity shares and warrants to promoter group company

Kopran announced that the Corporate Affairs Committee on authorization of Board of Directors met on 26 November 2014 to finalise the allotment of Equity Shares and Warrants. After due consideration of the application received, with the terms of issue and in compliance with SEW ICDR Regulations 2009 and any amendment thereof, the committee has allotted 2050000 Equity Shares of face value Rs.10 at a premium of Rs.56 each and 2150000 Warrants at Rs 66 each to be converted in Equity Shares of face value 10 at a premium of Rs.56 to Oricon Properties, a Promoter Group Company.
