Board of Unique Organics approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 23 October 2015

Unique Organics announced that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 October 2015, has approved the following:

- Appointment of Ramavtar Jangid as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Aayushi Singh, w.e.f. 23 October 2015.
