At meeting held on 13 September 2014
Varun Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 September 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the Delisting Proposal Pursuant to Clause 36 (7) (iv) of the Listing Agreement and in accordance with Section 8(1)(a) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 of the Company's Shares from National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) in terms of the Voluntary Delisting Guidelines/Norms prescribed under the SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003 and any other law as may be applicable.The Company's shares will remain continue to be listed at BSE.
