Board of Varun Mercantile announces change in directorate

With effect from 03 December 2018

The Board of Varun Mercantile has appointed Ambalal T. Jain as an Additional Director (liable to retire by rotation) of the Company w.e.f 3 December, 2018 and Mehul Shah as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years commencing from 3 December, 2018. Mukesh H. Shah has resigned as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f 3 December, 2018.
