Board of Wires & Fabriks (S.A) approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 31 October 2015

Wires & Fabriks (S.A) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2015, has unanimously appointed Kishan Kumar Khaitan, Managing Director of the Company as the Chairman of the Board w.e.f. 31 October 2015.

The Board has also accepted the resignation of Vinod Kumar Ladia, Independent Director of the Company, w.e.f. 31 October 2015.
