At meeting held on 25 September 2018
The Board of Yes Bank approved the following at its meeting held on 25 September 2018 -Established a 'Search and Selection Committee' to identify a new Managing Director & CEO as a successor to Rana Kapoor.
The Board has decided to request RBI for extending the tenure of Rana Kapoor upto 30 September 2019.
Approved appointment of Rajat Monga and Pralay Mondal as Executive Directors, subject to approval of RBI.
