Zee Learn announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2015, inter alia, has appointed Ajey Kumar as an Additional Director of the Company in the category of Executive Director w.e.f. 28 October 2015, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
