Zicom Electronic Security Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 June 2014, has appointed Prabhakar Dalal as an Additional and Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 27 June 2014, subject to approval of shareholders.
