Receives consideration of Rs 92 crore on 19 December 2016
Borosil Glass Works announced in reference to the handing over of possession of vacant land of the Company bearing CTS No. 273 & 274 of village: Kondivita, Taluka: Andheri, District: Mumbai Suburban -The company has, out of total compensation amount of Rs.94,44,24,162/-, on 19 December 2016 received an amount of Rs.92,00,00,000/ - against surrendering of the said land. The balance amount will be received in due course.
The net amount of Rs.90,88,02,062/- (net of Rs.3,56,22,100/- towards cost of training of nalla as intimated earlier) will be income for the quarter ending 31 December 2016.
