Canara Bank director resigns

With effect from 02 March 2018 r

Canara Bank announced that Mahadev Nagendra Rao, Shareholder Director [appointed under Clause (i) of Section 9(3) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1970] has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Bank with immediate effect 'owing to personal reasons' as per his letter of Resignation dated 02 March 2018.
