CCI approves proposed amalgamation of Bharat Financial Inclusion with IndusInd Bank

IndusInd Bank has received the Competition Commission of India on 19 December 2017 has given its approval for the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between the IndusInd Bank and Bharat Financial Inclusion for the arrangement of BFIL with the Bank.
