CEAT announces change in company secretary

With effect from 01 September 2016

CEAT announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 July 2016, has appointed Shruti Joshi, as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 01 September 2016, in place of H. N. Singh Rajpoot, the existing Company Secretary, who shall be retiring shortly.
