Central Bank of India announces cessation of director

With effect from 09 January 2015

Central Bank of India announced that N. Balakrishnan, who was elected as Shareholder Director of the Bank under section 9(3)(i) of Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 for a period of three years from 10 January 2012 has ceased to be the Director of the Bank w.e.f. close of working hours on 09 January 2015 consequent upon completion of his tenure.
