Centrum Capital plans to issue NCDs aggregating Rs 100 cr

On private placement basis

The Fund Raising Committee of Centrum Capital at its meeting held on 26 October 2017 has approved an issue of upto 10,000 (Ten Thousand only) secured, unlisted, unrated, redeemable, non-convertible, principal protected, market linked debentures bearing a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lac only) each, aggregating upto Rs. 100 crore (Rupees Hundred Crore only) on a private placement basis, in such tranches/series and at such coupon rates as may be approved by the Directors from time to time.
