Century Plyboards (India) to pay dividend

Century Plyboards (India) announced that the Shareholders of the Company, at their Annual General Meeting held on 27 August 2015 have approved payment of dividend on equity shares. The Company had made necessary arrangements for payment of dividend through RTGS/DC/NEFT/NECS/ Dividend Warrants/ Demand Drafts as the case may be and that the same has been completed on 08 September 2015.
