CES announces change in name of subsidiary and investee company

On 10 July2 015

CES announced that :

1. The name of Subsidiary Company i.e. Telivo Managed Services has been changed to CES Technology Services Private Limited w.e.f. 25 June 2015.

2. Further Name of Investee Company, SKasthra IT Solutions has been changed to CES Global IT Solutions w.e.f. 25 May 2015.
