CESC consolidated net profit rises 15.57% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 10.26% to Rs 2890.00 crore

Net profit of CESC rose 15.57% to Rs 423.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 366.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 10.26% to Rs 2890.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 2621.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 5.05% to Rs 1331.00 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1267.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 4.28% to Rs 11639.00 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 12159.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
