Chankya Investments announced that pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Members of the Company under Section 13 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013, through Postal Ballot process, the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, has changed the name of the Company from "CHANKYA INVESTMENTS " to "ANTARIKSH INDUSTRIES" vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 07 November 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
