Chembond Chemicals announces change in name of subsidiary

With effect from 21 August 2014

Chembond Chemicals announced that the Company has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in regard to an application for change of name of its subsidiary - Chembond Ashland Water Technologies Limited. Accordingly, effective 21 August 2014 the new name of Chembond Ashland Water Technologies is Chembond Solenis Water Technologies.
