The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Coal, Government of India announced the offer for sale of equity shares to non-retail and retail investors. Such number of equity shares would be equivalent to 51% of equity shares sold pursuant to the offer subject to discount of upto 5% of the cut-off price in the retail category.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
