Cummins India announces change in directorate

With effect from 04 November 2014

Cummins India announced that John McCormack Neil Barrowman, Alternate Director to Edward Phillip Pence, has ceased to be a Director of the Company effective 04 November 2014, on account of arrival of Pence in India.
