Following NCLT convened shareholders meet on 24 January 2018
Dalmia Bharat announced that NCLT convened shareholders' meeting(s) of Dalmia Bharat (DBL) and OCL India (OCL) respectively were conducted on 24 January 2018 for approving the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation (Scheme) inter alia of DBL and OCL.
