DCB Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 3,02,850 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 29 May 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 282,723,323 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
