Outcome of board meeting of Eldeco Housing & Industries

Eldeco Housing & Industries announced that the 'Scheme of Amalgamation' of Halwasiya Agro Industries, Samarpit Constructions, Shivaye Construction, Suniyojit Construction and Swarg Construction with its parent company Eldeco Housing and Industries which was duly approved in the Board Meeting held on 30 May 2014 is hereby withdrawn in the Board Meeting held on 30 May 2015.

Further, the 'Scheme of Amalgamation' of Halwasiya Agro Industries & M A K Sales with its holding company Eldeco Housing and Industries was approved in the Board Meeting held on 30 May 2015.
