Denis Chem Lab fixes record date for rights issue

Record date is 09 September 2017

Denis Chem Lab has fixed Record Date as 9 September 2017 for issue of 21,34,872 Equity Shares at Issue Price of Rs.84/- per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of Rs.74/- per Rights Equity Share of the face value of Rs.10/- each) in the ratio of 2 (Two) Rights Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 11 (Eleven) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders in the Company as on the record date.
