Makes further investment of Rs 2 crore
Dhampur Sugar Mills announced that the Company has made further investment of Rs 2 crore in Ehaat by way of subscribing 20,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs10 Each at par on Rights basis.The Company holds entire 37,70,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each in Ehaat and it continues to be Wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company.
