Diamines & Chemicals announces change in directorate and change in shareholding

With effect from 19 November 2019

Diamines & Chemicals announced that pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement dated 07 November 2019, the Company has received letters dated 19 November 2019 as below:

1. Resignation of Yogesh Kothari, non-executive Chairman from the Company's Board with immediate effect.

2. Resignation of Kirat patel, Non-executive Director from company's Board with immediate effect

3. Alkyl Amines Chemicals ceased to be promoter of the company

4. SYK Trading and Consultancy LLP ceased to be promoter of the Company.
