Digjam provides update on scheme of amalgamation

High Court hearing fixed for 10 February 2015

Digjam announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat vide Order dated 18 December 2015 have admitted the Petitions filed by the Company as well as Digjam Textiles (its wholly owned subsidiary) for obtaining sanction to the Scheme of Amalgamation between Digjam and Digjam Textiles ('the companies') and their respective creditors and shareholders and fixed 10 February 2016 for hearing the same.
