DLF Ltd Spikes 3.69%, S&P BSE Realty Index index Rises 1.17%

DLF Ltd has added 35.29% over last one month compared to 11.81% gain in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 6.19% rise in the SENSEX

DLF Ltd rose 3.69% today to trade at Rs 199.55. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is up 1.17% to quote at 2145.77. The index is up 11.81 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd increased 2.14% and Godrej Properties Ltd added 0.23% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 21.35 % over last one year compared to the 15.05% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

 

DLF Ltd has added 35.29% over last one month compared to 11.81% gain in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 6.19% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 91961 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 7 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 209.4 on 03 Apr 2019. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 133.9 on 01 Oct 2019.
