Emgee Cables & Communications announces change in directorate

With effect from 30 Septmeber 2015

Emgee Cables & Communications announced that the following directors ceased and are appointed as a director of the Company:

1. Hirachand Choudhari ceased from the post of the director w.e.f. 30 September 2015,

2. Anuradha Choudhari re-appointed as a director of the Company w.e.f. 30 September 2015, liable to retire by rotation and

3. Narayan Modi appointed as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 30 September 2015.
