Epsom Properties to hold board meeting

Epsom Properties will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 September 2014, to consider the letter dated August 25, 2014 received from M/s. Chase Perdana Sdn Bhd belonging to promoter group thereby expressing their inability to bring in funds to the tune of Rs 5 Crores towards the proposed preferential issue.
