Floor price is Rs 108.18
Essar Oil announced that the floor price for the delisting proposal has been set at Rs 108.18 in accordance with Regulation 15 (2) of the SEBI Delisting Regulations.Earlier, the Board of the Company approved the voluntary delisting proposal from its promoter, Essar Energy Holdings (EEHL) seeking to delist the equity shares of the Company.
