FDC appoints Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
FDC has announced that Shalini Kamath, Company Secretary, resigned from the Services of the Company on 15 March 2014 and in her place Varsharani Katre, has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer.
