Firstsource Solutions allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Firstsource Solutions announced that the Company has allotted 289,500 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 19 August 2014, under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 6,620,666,880 consisting of 662,066,688 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
