Future Enterprises raises Rs 37.50 crore

Future Enterprises announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company has at their meeting held on 01 July 2016, considered, approved & allotted of 375, 10.25% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Rs. 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs. 37.50 crore, on private placement basis.
